I think that you would agree with me that you likely have your fair share of all of these! 🙂 In fact, if you are claiming that you don’t then I am just going to call you out right now and call you a liar! 😉
Yet, as much as we don’t want to admit their place, these emotions and emotional states are part of the human condition and they do have their place.
When we try to eliminate them altogether we ironically find more of the same.
That’s why eastern sages remind us that “what we resist persists”.
But what if we could start to re-frame these emotions and lower our resistance to them?
What if we could start to look at adversity from an entirely different lens?
