When I decided to join Lifelong Fitness, I didn’t want to get my body back. I wanted my body to be better than it had ever been. I decided it was time to stop using my health conditions as an excuse to be unhappy with my body and to be unfit. A great friend encouraged me to try Lifelong Fitness. My trainer helps me push my limitations without letting me off the hook. I used to think I was a healthy eater. My trainer helped me understand what it really means to eat healthy. She helped me reach my goal. I feel great about my results and have truly changed my life style. I am in the best shape of my life and continue to work on fitness and nutrition goals. I encourage anyone who really wants to lose weight and change their lifestyle to give Lifelong Fitness a try.
