Especially during the holidays it is hard to stick to your goals! People constantly pushing you to just skip the gym or eat all the dessert! Remember, that is what the average America does! Keep to your goals and stick to it through the holidays!

Fitness is like marriage! It won’t work if you cheat on it, if you skip a day because you talked yourself out of it, you need to stay committed! Stay true to your fitness and it will stay true to you!

Why wait? The time during your day will pass anyway! So why not make every minute of your day count? A year from now will still be a year from now, go make something of yourself so that when that time comes, you can look back and see how far you’ve come!
