I remember as a 12 year old boy I got into a kick of looking for the “quick fix” because everything in my environment was telling me that I should!

Everything from TV dinners to microwave popcorn, to “ab-blasters” that guaranteed me 6-pack in 3 weeks with only 5 minutes each day! 😉

I mean why not right? Life should be quick and easy and served up on a silver plater right?

Unfortunately we know it does not quite work like that.
