OK…this is where the rubber meets the road when it comes to habit change. This step is where most people START and is consequently the reason that most people fail.


Be sure you go back and review steps #1 & 2 if you have not already done so. They are right there on my blog so make sure that you check them out before viewing today’s video.

Don’t get me wrong…today’s step is massively important when it comes to habit change, BUT it can really mess you up and set you up for failure if you are missing the first two steps.
