| • 1 tsp / 5 ml chili powder |
| • 1 jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped |
| • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed |
| • 1 tsp / 5 ml ground ginger |
| • 1/2 tsp / 2 1/2 ml nutmeg |
| • 1/2 tsp / 2 1/2 ml cinnamon |
| • 1 tsp / 5 ml freshly ground black pepper |
| • Pinch of sea salt |
| • 1 Tbsp / 15 ml lime juice |
| • 2 Tbsp / 30 ml olive oil |

| Preparation: |
