Lifelong Fitness Famous Protein Bars


3/4 cup Honey

3/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

4 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa

5 scoops All Natural Chocolate Protein Powder

2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1-2 TBS water – depending on the consistency you want

Optional Ingredients

1/4 cup Flax Seed

1/4 cup Wheat Germ

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

In a bowl combine honey and choice of nut butter and mix together.  Add in cocoa and protein powder.  Once mixed together slowly add in oats and other ingredients if wanted. You can either put the mixture in a pyrex pan and press to the edges to cut into bars or you can roll the mixture into balls to have little bite size protein snacks!  Try not to eat the entire pan in one sitting! 😉
