About 10 years ago I had a client that loved her night glass of wine…or two…or three!

I knew it was stunting her weight loss goal and her desire to have more energy when she woke up in the morning.

I would always ask her to quit the wine and replace it with water thinking that my simplistic methodology was the answer.

Oh How Wrong I  Was…

I would cross my fingers and and HOPE that she would change her ways…wrong again.

Every session she would tell me the same thing…

“Griff you are taking away the one thing that I really look forward to each day and you expect me to be happy about it?”


That was painful to hear but oh so true.  I wish I new then what I know now.
